Terms of Service
WeedForCrypto provides cannabis discovery, reservation request, and CoinPay checkout software for licensed dispensaries. WeedForCrypto is not the seller, cultivator, possessor, shipper, or deliverer of cannabis products.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and located in a jurisdiction where cannabis purchase and possession are legal. Additional identity and age verification may be required before checkout or fulfillment.
Licensed dispensary fulfillment
Listings, menus, pricing, taxes, availability, pickup, delivery, and compliance remain the responsibility of the licensed dispensary. Reservation requests are not final until the dispensary confirms them.
Crypto payments
CoinPay checkout may be used to pay for eligible reservation requests. Payment status, refunds, settlement, and order acceptance are subject to the merchant's policies and applicable law.
Prohibited use
You may not use WeedForCrypto to list unlicensed sellers, arrange unlawful interstate shipping, bypass age verification, or request fulfillment outside applicable state and local cannabis rules.
